La salle des Actes de l’ESMV a abrité le 27 novembre 2025 le 6ème forum UNIVERSITÉ DE NGAOUNDÉRÉ-INSTITUTS PRIVÉS D’ENSEIGNEMENT SUPÉRIEUR (UN-IPES). Présidé par le Recteur de l’université de Ngaoundéré, Pr MAMOUDOU ABDOULMOUMINI, ce forum portait essentiellement sur :
- Le rapport sur la tutelle académique
- La signature solennelle des accords-cadres et des conventions spécifiques.
S’agissant du premier point, le représentant du ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur, Fredy MVONDO, s’est réjoui du rapport sur la tutelle académique et de la qualité des documents présentés. Pareillement, les promoteurs et/ou les représentants des instituts privés ont fait des témoignages empreints aussi bien d’éloge que de satisfaction sur la qualité du partenariat qui lie l’université de Ngaoundéré auxdits instituts. Ils ont particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l’encadrement. Toutefois, ils ont émis quelques doléances notamment l’élargissement de la professionnalisation afin de créer des entreprises, de favoriser l’emploi et l’auto-emploi.
Pour ce qui est du deuxième point, d’importants accords-cadres et de conventions spécifiques ont été paraphés entre l’université de Ngaoundéré et plusieurs IPES, témoignant ainsi la qualité de l’encadrement et le dynamisme de la tutelle technique.
Dans son mot de bienvenue, le Recteur a dit que ce forum s’inscrit en droite ligne de la vision d’un Cameroun émergent à l’horizon 2035. Il s’agit selon lui, dans le cadre de la gestion participative qui caractérise la bonne gouvernance universitaire, d’associer les IPES au processus de prise de décisions qui leur seront appliquées pendant les deux années à venir. Par ailleurs, le Professeur MAMOUDOU ABDOULMOUMINI a rassuré les partenaires de l’ institution dont il a la charge de garantir l’assurance-qualité du partenariat. Pour ce faire, des résolutions et recommandations fortes ont été prises au terme du forum, afin d’assurer la bonne marche du partenariat.
L’université de Ngaoundéré assure la tutelle technique de 59 IPES. Une trentaine d’IPES ont pris part au 6ème forum. Le rendez-vous a été pris le 7ème forum en 2027.
The Sixth UN-PIHE FORUM
On November 27th, 2025, at the ESMV Conference Hall, was held the 6th UNIVERSITY OF NGAOUNDÉRÉ-PRIVATE INSTITUTES OF HIGHER EDUCATION (UN-PIHE) Forum, under the chairmanship of the Rector, Professor MAMOUDOU ABDOULMOUMINI. The forum was focused on:
- The report of the academic tutorship ;
- The solemn signing of agreements and specific conventions.
Concerning the report of the academic tutorship, the representative of the Ministry of Higher Education, Fredy MVONDO, appreciated the report on academic tutorship and the quality of the documents presented. Similarly, the promoters and/or representatives of private institutes have expressed satisfaction and applauded the quality of the partnership between the University of Ngaoundéré and the said institutes. They particularly appreciated the quality of the tutorship. However, they raised some difficulties, such as the exposure towards professionalization in order to create businesses, to promote employment and self-employment.
Regarding the solemn signing of agreements and specific conventions, important agreements and specific conventions have been signed between the University of Ngaoundéré and several PIHE, thus testifying of the quality of the tutorship and the dynamism of the Technical tutorship .
In his opening speech, the Rector said that this forum aligns with the vision of the 2035 Cameroon emergence vision. According to him, it’s within the context of inclusive management that characterizes good University governance, to involve the PIHEs in the decision-making process for the next two years. Furthermore, Professor MAMOUDOU ABDOULMOUMINI reassured the partners of the institution that he will be responsible of ensuring the quality-assurance partnership. To this end, resolutions and recommendations were adopted at the end of the forum in order to ensure the smooth running of the partnership.
The University of Ngaoundéré provides technical tutorship for 59 PIHEs. About thirty PIHEs took part in the 6th forum. The upcoming 7th Forum is set for 2027.
