A major transformation is emerging on the academic horizon of The University of Ngaoundéré with the recent Decision No. 2023/932 UN/R/VR-RCRME/Nb dated 6 December 2023. This bold and innovative decision concerns the restructuring of the Doctoral Training Units (U.F.D) within the institution.

As of the date of signature of this decision, the U.F.D are restructured and grouped within the newly created Doctoral Schools. This strategic reconfiguration aims to strengthen synergy between the various disciplines and optimise the resources dedicated to doctoral research.

In accordance with Article 2 of the decision, each institution of The University of Ngaoundéré will henceforth be attached to one or more Doctoral Schools. This direct link will foster closer collaboration between academic units and the structures dedicated to advanced research.
