The University of Ngaoundéré is taking a significant step towards academic excellence by registering lecturers from the third wave of specialised recruitment of teaching staff holding a PhD Doctorate. This process further strengthens the university’s teaching staff, thereby contributing to the quality of higher education in Cameroon.
The registration of these lecturers represents a crucial step in their integration into the SIGIPES system. This means that they are officially registered as members of the teaching staff attached to the state payroll and that they are ready to actively participate in teaching, research and other academic activities.
