A wind of change is blowing through The University of Ngaoundéré with the appointment of a new Rector. On 30 August 2023, the President of the Republic issued Decree No. 2023/384, formalising the appointment of Mr MAMOUDOU ABDOULMOUMINI as Rector of this prestigious institution.
Mr MAMOUDOU ABDOULMOUMINI, an eminent Professor, brings with him extensive experience and an unwavering commitment to higher education. His appointment marks the beginning of a new era for The University of Ngaoundéré, characterised by innovation, the pursuit of academic excellence, and the strengthening of ties between the University and the community.
