Residence at the Hall of Residence: Room Application Procedure for the 2023-2024 Academic Year

We are delighted to inform you that the room application period at the Hall of Residence for the 2023-2024 academic year is now open. The Rector of the university has taken steps to make this process as smooth as possible, so that you can fully focus on your studies and academic success.

Collection of Room Application Forms

Room application forms may be collected on every working day at the Directorate of the University Welfare Centre, Housing Division. This facility will enable you to submit your application quickly and secure comfortable accommodation for the coming year.

Required Documents

In order to facilitate the application process, please provide the following documents:

1. A Certified Photocopy of the Birth Certificate: Make sure to provide a certified photocopy of your birth certificate. This identity document is essential for the administration.
2. A Certificate of Residence of the Parents: This document confirms your residence and may be necessary to complete your file.
3. Two 4×4 Photos: Photos are commonly used for official documents, make sure you have two in your possession.
