Death of Mr TCHOTSOUA Michel: A Great Loss for The University of Ngaoundéré

It is with deep sadness that the Rector of The University of Ngaoundéré announces the death of Mr TCHOTSOUA Michel, Full Professor and Head of the Department of Geography at the Faculty of Arts, Letters and Human Sciences. Mr TCHOTSOUA Michel passed away on 30 June 2024 in Ngaoundéré, after a short illness.

Mr TCHOTSOUA Michel was an eminent and respected figure within our university community. His contribution to teaching and research in geomatics was invaluable, and his dedication to The University of Ngaoundéré will remain engraved in our memories.

🙏 On behalf of the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, of the entire university community of Ngaoundéré, and in his own name, the Rector, Professor MAMOUDOU ABDOULMOUMINI, extends to the family of Mr TCHOTSOUA Michel his most sorrowful condolences, together with the expression of his deep compassion.
